These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Devignitor ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") - including our website, developer tools, UI kits, code snippets, tutorials, certifications, AI API integrations, and technology insights content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using any part of Devignitor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. Definitions
For clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By using Devignitor, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Platform.
- You have not been previously banned or suspended from the Platform.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any User at our discretion.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of Devignitor require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Use a strong, unique password for your account
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Keeping your login credentials confidential

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other Users.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use Devignitor for lawful, personal, and professional development purposes - including learning, building projects, accessing tools, and consuming content.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

| Data harvesting | Collecting personal data about other Users without their consent |
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where warranted.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All original content on Devignitor - including but not limited to written tutorials, custom UI components, tool code, illustrations, brand assets, and the CMS platform itself - is the intellectual property of Devignitor and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law.
5.2 Code Snippets and Components
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

By submitting content to Devignitor (e.g. bug reports, community posts, submitted tools), you grant Devignitor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.
You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
Devignitor may link to external websites, GitHub repositories, documentation pages, or third-party tools. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
We do not:
- Endorse or vouch for third-party content
- Control or maintain external websites
- Accept responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or privacy practices of any linked site
Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. AI-Powered Features and API Integrations
Devignitor provides guides and integrations related to AI APIs and tools. Regarding these:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs
- AI API usage covered in our tutorials may be subject to the individual terms of those API providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of any AI API complies with that provider's terms of service
- We are not liable for costs, overages, or policy violations incurred through your use of third-party AI APIs
8. Certifications
Devignitor certifications are awarded upon successful completion of designated learning paths.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
- Accuracy or completeness of any content, tool output, or tutorial
- Freedom from viruses or harmful components in downloaded files
Code, tools, and tutorials are shared for educational purposes. You are responsible for testing anything you use in production.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devignitor and its team shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your reliance on Platform content or tools
- Issues arising from third-party services, APIs, or linked websites
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Devignitor (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or PKR 0 if you have used only free services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Devignitor and its team from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising out of:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit to the Platform
12. Privacy
Your use of Devignitor is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described therein. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Modifications to the Platform and Terms
13.1 Platform Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time - including features, tools, and content - with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
13.2 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes, we will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Devignitor shall be:

- If unresolved, referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
